I have used letting star to buy and subsequently rent a property in the area and they have been always eminently professional in all aspects of their business.I now deal with Mei on a weekly basis who manages our property and she is absolutely fantastic with her efficiency in sorting any issues and most importantly to me in communicating in a timely manner. She has been amazing, listened to me, and kept me up to date with every step.From my experience I would highly recommend them for sales and lettings.

They are not very responsible in their advertising, when we went for a viewing for a two bedroom house, there was just a single bedroom, and when we asked them, they offered no explanation except a sorry. We were extremely frustrated with their irresponsible responses and will not recommend this agency to anyone.

A lovely family run business that has helped me with letting my Swansea properties on multiple occasions. They are always friendly, approachable and understanding with whatever problem you might have. Leaking boiler? - plumber attends next day. Clutter left behind by tenant? - all sorted and property redecorated within a week. Roof damaged by storm? - sorted without me even having to come down.They're hard workers who understand well the lettings business and the value of quick solutions to problems. Mei was the agent of Letting Stars who found us the flat for rent in Swansea city center. The location was so convenient that every day-to-day necessity was within walking distance. The flat was the right size and equipped with all those pieces we needed.Me and my wife were new to this city so Mei offered some good suggestions on where to shop and where to eat. She had also been very friendly and responsive when we requested for assistance.
