Tectime provide an excellent service to support our company's work measurement service.In terms of ease of application and flexibility to be able to quickly analyse complex data gathering the system is second to none.We continue to use their system and equipment to provide accurate SMVs in a variety of industries resulting in major savings to the client's labour bill.Their staff are always helpful and solve any technical issues promptly.

A superb system that reduces time to produce accurate measurement results combined with an excellent reporting system. The boards are lightweight, versatile and can be used in a vast range of working environments and temperatures. The back up service is second to none. Any equipment problems are resolved in the shortest possible working time so as to ensure continuity, also, any software problems can normally be resolved with a phone call. This is a system that we have been using for over 20 years and will continue to do so and one that I would recommend.

Tectime continue to deliver a first class service to myself in terms of product, customer service, knowledge and engagement – this in turn enables my team to deliver a service across national and international sites in all areas of work measurement, confident in the product used and the data outputs from the software. As a long standing customer who recently invested in a whole new suite of hardware (Series 3 study boards) and associated software I could not have asked for better service – I would not have taken this decision to invest had I not had the confidence in the Tectime team to deliver the product and the support needed over the coming years.Not only is the overall product excellent but the openness from the Tectime team in asking for feedback to improve further, alongside offers to undertake site visits and the constant open dialogue sets them apart from other companies I deal with.

Tectime are a great company to deal with, extremely customer centric, if you contact them for any reason it is almost like you are their only customer in the way they deal with you.The team at Tectime thrive on feedback and customer input, keen to seek input from their customers to improve both their software and hardware. Developing enhancements is very much a partnership with them.Support is first rate, any support call is handled very personally and (from my experience) resolved very quickly.
