iTech City truly is the best mac repair service in London. Last night I spilled a full glass of wine over my macbook air keyboard and the computer just died in front of my eyes. This morning I rushed to their shop and these mavericks fixed it within 5 hours for just £60!!! That is value for money, that is a great service! I can't say THANK YOU enough! I highly recommend them to everyone.

A rare level of service at this shop -- quick, personable and extremely well priced!I took in an iphone 5 for new battery, and a Macbook Pro in which the battery had not just failed but had basically exploded and burst the casing open. The guys had both fixed in 15 minutes and the cost was excellent too. I would not hesitate to recmmend them.

Went in to replace the screen of my laptop. Ordered the screen online from a reputable source. The guy plugged in the new screen with the battery still connected so it sent a power spike through my system which damaged my motherboards components. Should be an easy fix with a good technician but sadly they had none. Don't go here.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! , I brought an iPad in January for my daughters birthday , with a “ 3 month warranty “ - LIES ! , the iPad just stopped coming on and when I called the man on the phone told me “ it’s a new business so the iPad isn’t covered “ complete bull !! I’m not going through a small courts to get my money back and trading standers are aware of what’s happened , thankfully I paid by card so I have all the proof and luckily my kept the receipt and have photos of the workers !! PLEASE AVOID

Do not use this place. A simple rear camera screen replacement scratched the camera! They are useless and unprofessional. I went there to get my Google pixel 7 phone rear camera shield changed. It took them 3 days to get the item even though it was promised on the first day. After replacement, he left a small sharp shard in between the camera and the screen. This shard was moving around and scratched the camera. Instead of offering to fix the problem he caused he asked me money to replace the camera. Do not go here!

I put my Acer Aspire in for repair. Winston repaired my laptop. He was very polite and charming. Looked after my laptop and did a wonderful job of doing what I asked. I had the black screen of death because of upgrading to Windows 10 but thankfully he fixed this by reverting it back to its original OS. Price was very reasonable and if I have any other problems I will be sure to take it to this place over other.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Exactly what I got after paying £180... Absolutely nothing. A fake scam. The screen replacement service is a waste of time and money. They put in a fake screen that was not working properly and tried to blame that it on the phone and not the screen that was broken. Got my screen replaced by my phone provider for half the price and no stress. Did not even apologize or offer any refund. Worst service imaginable. Save your money and don't waste it on them.

they accepted the repair without knowing they could get the parts. handed in a working phone but when we picked it up they had taken it apart and put it back together without fixing it. it didn't work at all.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received by Tech Direct.I dealt with Sam who listened to my problem and put my mind at ease by telling me that he was confident in resurrecting my iMac.I was amazed at the speed of the inspection tool place, his advise was delivered with a note achieved only by experience.I decided to allow them to carry out the repair and much to my amazement happened within the space of 5hrs.I highly recommend this company and thank them for the service.My iMac is now fully functional and life can resume once againKeep it up guy's!
