Cheam salon The beautician was lovely and really took her time to explain what she was doing, as well as answering the other queries that I had. I had a pick and mix package of a facial, massage and mini manicure. Recommend my experience and would definitely book in again.

Really poor quality treatments. I had a few bad experiences in the past, but since they are my local beauty salon I have always gave them the benefit of doubt, however my recent treatment 10 days ago (shellac pedicure), only five toes remain painted. All others have come off or are peeling up at the sides as the paint was on my skin, so not secured to the nail properly. Contacted the salon, was told I’d have to pay for repairs. Really disappointing as I’ve never had a shellac treatment where the nails have just been falling off!! Will no longer visit and I would not recommend any of their services as in hindsight they have all been below average.
