Will never order from here again. Given me food poisoning, beware

Very rude delivery driver. I asked the cost of the food when the driver came to the door and said I would get the cash and was told to hurry up about it. I will spend my money somewhere else in the future.

LOVE THIS PLACEAmazing website to order direct, we usually order late afternoon and select a time for the evening to collect. Very hot and fresh, not too salty or MSG heavy. Other take aways make us very thirsty in the night and morning but not after here.Covud secure collection, clean and friendly service.

Mouldy poppadoms rang to complain they weren't interested...reported to environmental health....don't touch them please

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish .Took over 2 hours to arrive after being told it would take 45 minutes, food which I wouldn't wait 2 minutes for . When it finally arrived was missing items , when I phoned was told that they would not fetch my missing items out or refund my money. The icing on the cake was when I just realized that they had deleted my review from their website , please please avoid at all costs

Upon delivery we received all our food emptied into the bag with sauce spilled and an empty sauce carton. When I called to inform them I was spoken to in a rude manor and then while on the phone they answered another call off driver. She spoke to driver and left me on line then hung up. Blame was put on driver when it was in a box handed to them. It was how it was stacked with trays on the side and tied in a bag. I was then spoken to like dirt and told she couldn’t speak to two people and that’s why she hung up. She raised her voice and when I asked to speak to someone else told me no. I then said I wanted a refund. Her attitude was disgusting. I’ve used this Chinese for years and they have now lost me as a customer. Shouted to on phone and spoken over telling me I’m wrong. 2 hours later and I’m still waiting on refund. Disgusting service.
