Very friendly. I visited here to ask a question about my Scenic and the gentleman from the workshop answered it for me putting my mind at rest about the lights.

Took my Captur in for a service, very happy with the whole experience and the price was very competitive. Will definitely continue to use this local garage.

Took my car here as they are Renault specialists and local, with an already twice professionally diagnosed complaint. They quoted me with extortionate and ridiculous amounts for the part required and to fix. (It's old and not worth the investment) they said they would continue to try to acquire the part for cheaper. After 3 weeks it still wasn't sorted, so I had it recovered and taken to another garage. This new garage got the part in 3 days and got it on the road for less than the £158 that Suttons charged me for a recovery and to diagnose what was already correctly diagnosed, but could not fix!!! I complained, but to no avail…….I feel totally ripped off!!!

Took my car to a Garage in burscough lovely mechanics unable to fix problem which was an ignition coil, asked if it was ok to go to Suttons in Tarleton of course I said yes as a community nurse and my car is very much needed. On collection car started perfectly omg just to tow 6 miles was 184.00 if I had known the price would of used another service to tow car .

Very nice people run this garage. I have full trust that they aren't going to rip you off. Always very helpful too.

Was told not to do any work until we had approved. 2X they ignored this. Told not to do anything until we had a price.. they did the work anyway then told us £300 extra than quoted at first. Then their was a problem we dropped it back off, then when we knew the problem told them to leave it and we will pick it back up and they have ignored this, done the work after being told we couldn’t afford for the part they thought needed replacing and can’t even tell us a price for the work they have carried out after we said we wanted to pick the car up. We will NOT be coming back.
