Quoted me the same price as the other contractors I spoke to but used higher quality paint than the others were going to, so good value for money. Did a thorough job and wasn't in a hurry.Happy to review Ben & would hire again for sure

Ben has got to be one of the best decorators out there. He painted the interior of my 4 bedroom house and the finishing was exceptional. The highest compliment I can pay Ben is that every subsequent tradesperson who has since visited my house has remarked on the quality of the decorating. He used a variety of techniques (as I understand it) including spraying which has utterly transformed the woodwork, and the walls and ceilings are stunningly uniform. I can't stop staring at them and smiling! The preparation was so good too, restoring my damaged door frames and doing some wall-skimming where needed. Ben also took the best care with protecting the rest of the house. I had just laid a new oak floor and was hugely anxious about damaging it. Ben's approach to protection was again first class taking care of every detail. He only uses the best quality masking tape to prevent paint bleeding and used special floor protection and plastic sheets for comprehensive floor care and dust cover. Ben didn't spill a drop and didn't make a single scratch! Also a really nice chap to have in your house for a few days/weeks and can could totally be trusted to take care of house security and other such stuff (like deliveries etc ) for when I wasn't around. An amazing find!

Ben did a great job painting and finishing my new kitchen. He gave excellent advice for which paint to use, and the different stains we could use on the woodwork. I was really happy with it. He even fixed a few dents to the plasterboard too with no problems.

Ben is a fantastic decorator. He is responsive and reliable and very easy to have in your home whilst he gets on with the job!
