Do not use these people!I used them to ship a large TV from the UK to Italy. Firstly the website didn't work well and managed to charge me 4 times for my booking. I rang up and they refunded the money, but it took 3 days to land back in my account.I packaged the TV very carefully and spent £25 on bubble wrap, a box and corner protectors. I booked a morning collection and the guy turned up at 6pm. So work were not very happy about that.And finally - my beautiful TV arrived smashed to pieces.Now I recognise that some of these problems are not down to this company but down to the courier that they used. So I sent them a very polite email afterwards to get some advice on whether or not I could get some compensation. They have never bothered replying to me. Very disappointing and I would recommend that you use a different company.
