I used BetterTech to update an excel based reporting tool which was becoming unwieldy in the extreme and challenging to maintain. Lee Ramsingh and his team have dealt with all the issues raised in a professional and timely manner, making design suggestions where appropriate and finding solutions to any challenge I was presented with.I am certainly a happy customer with a tool that my teams throughout Africa can now use effectively while in remote locations, keeping the company operating efficiently.

Used these guys for two Database projects, one for a client hosted online on their server and one standalone MS Access application for myself. Excellent service. It is really nice to work with friendly and intelligent people who can quickly understand what you want and then come up with ways to make it work. The work has been delivered very quickly and at a reasonable cost. My own project was quite complex, presenting some challenges for them, but they have done a fantastic job in giving me a really ergonomic solution.
