Kacey Relocation

Lechlade location is really good only a 2 min walk to the village centre, pubs and good places for nice long walks. However I will not be returning to this cottage again and would not recommend anyone too. We were due to check in on Friday and stay for one week, the full address was not shared until the day before check in, the code was not shared until 40 mins before arrival (which is not pleasant if you are driving to the location and cannot check to see if this has been sent), all information was sent bit part and had to ask several questions in order to understand the process. Upon arriving everything looked fine and was a standard cottage (nothing to complain about) until sleeping arrangements were made. One of the beds was in a poor condition and one of the guests had to sleep on the sofa, in addition one of the rooms was boiling hot and had no fan. This was communicated to the team on the Sunday and was promised someone would come and look at the bed, this didn't happen - it was stated the maintenance team's van had broken down. We left on Thursday morning and the fan that was ordered to be delivered to the cottage never arrived - thankfully on the last night the weather did cool down a bit so one guest did manage to sleep a bit better.But in summary, poor communication, lack of customer service and at the time of writing this review I have emailed Kacey Relocation 3 times and have had no response after it was agreed that after we had vacated the cottage that they would check the bed and confirm the poor condition of it and agreed some form of refund would be reasonable. We went with this place as they only had one negative review online and assumed this must be some kind of anomaly. Turns out it was more accurate than we thought. Dissapointing experience overall and if you are looking for a stress free staycation look elsewhere.

I am a junior doctor who was looking for accommodation in the coronavirus period and I can't rate Kacey Relocation any more highly. Kyley was fantastic in finding me a property to stay in and incredibly friendly and hospitable throughout my time at her property. The accommodation itself was wonderful - modern, clean, very conveniently situated in Wantage town centre and had all the amenities you could want for a short term stay. Given the opportunity I would have no hesitation in staying again - thank you for everything Kyley!

We stayed in their Airbnb in Oxford for six weeks. The property is fantastic. It is spacious, cosy and comfortable. We love everything inside the house, particularly the pool and table tennis table as well as the electric beds. The cherry blossom tree in the garden is splendid. We can enjoy the sun in the garden. Location is perfect, it’s a walking distance to the park and supermarket. Kyley is so nice and helpful who offered us a lot of flexibility during our booking. In addition, our special thanks to Chris who is very professional and always had a swift response and provided prompt assistance to fix any ad hoc issues happened during our stay. If we come back again, we will definitely choose to stay in this property. Highly recommend the place to everyone. I’m sure you will have a fantastic stay, similar to us.

Without a doubt the best hosts we've stayed with. Kyley is so helpful, her properties are homely, clean and comfortable and always as described or better. Our only complaint is that kacey relocation don't have a property in every single town!

Very poor communication from host of Air BnB property which Kacey Relocation manage. If you experience any difficulties with your booking don't expect any compassion from this company.They only offer a 50% refund, which is understandable. Given the current circumstances regarding COVID, I very politely asked if it was possible to get a full refund, since they had filled the property on the dates we had cancelled. Absolutely no response from them at all via email or telephone. I finally received a reply, only after leaving this public review!

Good quality accommodation and great value for money. We've used more than one of the properties for visiting family and have been very pleased every time. Will definitely use again!

We have been working in Kidlington, just outside Oxford, since the beginning of November and have been staying at one of the properties managed by Kacey Relocation.The communication with Kyley has been excellent. She is always professional & friendly and always responds in good time - including outside general working hours.Our teams usually stay in hotels when working away from home but they've really enjoyed where they have been staying as the property offers them better social living space, their own kitchen and is always clean on our return & immaculately presented.We are working in the area for several weeks / months and will continue to use Kacey Relocation for our accommodation needs on this project and any future projects in the area.
