Excellent work neat and tidy and relatable with a great finish.

Clayton Builders and Development built a front porch for me and I am extremely pleased with the extension. Their workmanship is excellent. They were quick and efficient. Always notifying me about the work in progress. Clayton Builders and Development also replaced two garden fences. Both fences are very well built.I would not hesitate in recommending Clayton Builders and Development.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new patio that has recently been laid in our garden. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into this patio are remarkable.Phil was punctual and respectful of our property and left everything clean and tidy when the patio was finished. It is evident that Phil takes pride in his work, and this shows in the finished product.We have nothing but praise for Phil and the work he does, this is the third large job that Phil has completed for us and genuinely would not use anyone else.

I found my experience with Clayton to be an absallute waste of time, he turned up to get me a quote for a building we are completing on, took over 1hr getting the information and looking around, he seems to know what he was talking about I was impress, however , he gave me one week to wait for the quote, two weeks later he did not bother to reply my message's or call me with the quote. In the mean time I was pleading with him via texts and phone calls (unanswered) that if he was not going to get back to me he should let me know as my solicitors and the vendors, the entire chain is waiting on me. He aired me. I should not have kept my eggs in this basket . I've had the completion of my purchase entirely delayed for no reason waiting for him, lol I'm yet to hear from him even out of professionalism and decency to simply say I am unable to quote you .I had to get another builder, when I realised 2weeks plus, that he was a no show, the new builder subsequently quoted me within 12hrs. I've given the new builder the job right away.
