Goldings gave really excellent service, from the first visit to the property right up to (and after) the auction.Tim or Luke were always available to provide advice and support throughout the whole process. Auction day itself was a very pleasant surprise, and thanks to the excellent marketing provided by Goldings the property sold for well over the reserve price, and probably more than it would have sold for had we gone down the estate agent route.I would strongly recommend Goldings for anyone considering using a property auction to sell - the service was second to none.

A truly excellent service. Goldings were a pleasure to deal with. The entire team were always friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble when it came to giving help and advice. The entire process was so fast and efficient that I would recommend their service to anyone interested in a quick sale. Moreover, the price they achieved was not that far short of that which conventional estate agents were indicating. The operation was truly professional and without the hype that one gets from estate agents.
