My Aunt has received some really good counselling from Flowhesion. She also took part in meditation, walk and talk activities as well as a number of mental health awareness sessions. Very friendly, professional bilingual services being provided in Bolton. Highly recommended!

Flowhesion are providing much needed support in Bolton to disadvantaged communities. My friends along with their children have all benefited from discounted karate and sports equipment and subsided tuition due to Flowhesion. They have been very beneficial to the community. The haf was very nice very enjoyable I recommend kids from the age 5-12 come and attend it we did a lot of good activities like musical chairs, sowing, coloring and much more to come

I teach Yoga classes for Flowhesion members.... The foundation provides an excellent service to all the ladies that are members.... There are lots of things to join in with.... morning walks.... chair based exercise classes.... organised outings.... and much more.....They're also a lovely bunch to work with....
