We took my Gran who has dementia as a treat to get her nails done, she had some gel polish nothing fancy. The service and the way she was treated was amazing. They were patient and kind with her and she thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done in Ilkeston. Is cash only though so make sure you pay a visit to the cash machine first.

The place needs to be done up! Very untidy & dirty, the foot area is dirty smells like mould & they dont change/sterilise the tools for your feet, the pedicure is very basic compared to others ive used doesnt really feel like ive had one to be honest, chairs are all ripped and worn, one male staff is very rude always on a phone call while doing your nails and throws your hands around and very rough. I won't be using this place again the hygiene is worrying.

This is one of the BEST NAIL SHOPS IVE BEEN TOO! I’m from Birmingham and I would recommend everyone from there to come here. The staff are friendly, professional and warming. This nail by give your your money worth and some more, I love it!

Absolutely love coming here to get my nails done, I honestly don’t go anywhere else. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Always offer free tea and coffee whilst your having treatments. Seriously come here and treat your self.
