AOS Golf Coaching

Adrian is an absolute pleasure to work with. Lessons are informative, structured but more importantly relaxed and fun. We have set clear goals for my progress throughout our sessions with a handicap goal in mind for next season. Each session comes with video analysis sent to me with areas to work on and reminders of feelings to emulate during practice. I can really feel progress in my swing coming along as well as the confidence I have in my overall game. Adrian's calm approach to lessons also means I am at ease and ready to take on board information, I couldn't recommend AOS more highly to anyone looking for lessons around Nottingham or Derby.

Having initially set out to work with Adrian to find more consistency, and consequently a greater enjoyment with my golf, outstanding results have lead to the exercise now becoming one of genuine 'shot' saving and hcp improvement.Swing changes undertaken primarily within the driving range, coupled with unique 'on-course' management sessions and short game clinics tailored to my individual needs, have resulted in my lowest gross score ever being achieved and an appetite for even better to come.Loving golf again................for now at least ;)
