Our front door stopped latching properly. I phoned Southcoast Services and they said they could fit me in that lunchtime. I thought I probably needed a new lock but Tom said he could just change the cylinder. 10 minutes later, all fixed and much cheaper than I feared. Excellent service.

I called south coast services as my UPVC back door lock was sticking and would sometimes jam. Matt came up within an hour and fixed my issue . He also explained how to adjust in the future should I need to . Great service and very good value . Very friendly staff

I have personally worked with this firm for about 20 years now (through its changes). Matt and Tom have always been excellent at handling any works orders my firm pass to them. They have the ability to think outside the box and their prices is always fair.I would recommend for private or commercial

Lovely staff and always professional. They are reasonably priced and most importantly very good at their job. I hope they get more notoriety and business as too many local shops are shutting down. They are worth traveling to if you live in the surrounding area as they are unmatched by chains and other similar shops in the area.
