Absolutely horrifying service. We hired sumo wrestling costumes and mats (one adult ring and one junior ring) and were advised it was fine to use on concrete as the company would provide the required safety mats for each ring. The company delivered 3 small mats, not large enough to even cover half the junior sumo ring. After calling up to ask for more, the extremely shockingly rude female with disgusting mannerisms and contempt for the customer changed her original stance and stated she said no such thing and the safety mats were simply a goodwill gesture which she had thrown in. She also accused us of lying and making up the stories and refused to cooperate as she had fulfilled her side of the bargain". Not quite sure she understood the concept of satisfying a customer. After a 3 hour delay
