Cornerstone Medical Practice

In my experience, and I've both called and visited the practice a lot recently, the receptionists are all amazing. Friendly, helpful and informative so thank you.

Hi,I got the letter from NHS Endocrinology on 30/03/21, which mentioned that I am at 15.1% major osteoporotic risk. Because of that, I waited for a long time for the doctor's action to give me medicine, however, the GP didn't call me and nor any medication. Even after a written message online throws the “Patchs” on May 2021, despite that they did not contact me. I made an appointment with the GP myself and in that meeting, I was prescribed medicine.Furthermore, on 28 May 2021, I ordered my regular prescription online through the patient service. However, they didn't do so. So I had to go to the GP myself and apply for my regular medicine.In addition, I gave an answer to respected Ina Pownall on 28/04/2020 with their reference to the GP's letter of 14/04/2020 but they haven't answered me yet. I submitted this letter to the GP receptionist myself.In all of the above contexts, I feel it is the patient's responsibility to take care of himself. But the worry is that you can't do anything about it even if you want to because you are not a qualified doctor and can't take any medicine from the open market for his treatment. GP and NHS have rules or system patient treatment followed by their system. In this case, the patients are helpless.

The surgery staff go above and beyond for every patient, you won’t ever find a surgery as good as this one.Well done for all you have done and keep doing to provide great healthcare to others.

I would say, and I've both called and visited the training a great deal as of late, the receptionists are altogether astonishing. Amicable, supportive and educational so bless your heart.

Doctors there are okay I suppose.. But never get your vaccinations / baby immunisations done there; the nurse lady is ancient and shaky like an alcoholic.. Really worried that she didn't do the injection right with that tremor..

Lady at the reception was yelling at me and at my 4 years old child instead of cooperating to find a suitable solution for the out of hand problem I incurred. Date: 5th of October 2023Doctors are nice.

UNBELIEVABLE......Since 8am i keep trying to reach them to book an appointment but unfortunately no answer and keep giving me CONDITIONAL CALL FORWARDIN ACTIVE...That is unbelievable, now as a patient what shall i do it's almost 1hour trying to get an answer

Excellent doctors and nurses and excellent receptionists, they understand every word i say and I understand every word they say... ive had a call and a message every week reminding me that i need to check in .. what doctors do you know that does that..Ive been looked after and cared for by the medical staff so much so ive come leaps and bounds in such a short space of time my sincere gratitude to everyone at the cornerstone for being the the kind of doctors I had growing up...Keep up the good work and don't let the negative free loaders dampen the exceptional work you do A*****
