The best agency I have dealt with, they are honest, helfpul and keep their fees low. I rented an apartment for almost 3 year from Ryhill - it was very clean upon check in, and they also maintained the entire building (regularly vacuum the corridors, clean the windows on the outside, clean the yard etc.). Smooth check out process.I totally recommend!!

Awful landlords, left without hot water for 6 years. Accused me of tampering with the boiler... why would I, what would I gain other than no hot water. Mould problem, broken shower. Refused to pay back my deposit on leaving for general wear on tear.

Hello, Please don't rent from these people. At the end they put you in the court to get the more money to renovate whole of their property. Please don't prefer at all.

Do not rent of these people ! Everything was ok for the 4 years I rented my flat off Ryhill, a few minor jobs needed doing but when I decided to leave, they found every excuse to keep back some of my deposit, from scum on the shower door to a dirty cooker hood filter, dirty carpets, dirty extractor fan. This was after I had had the flat professionally cleaned by a friend. In fact the flat was cleaner when I left than it was when I had moved in. Be warned !
