Following my recent purchase, this company took my money, but didnt supply the bar code needed to return the test!!! The two phone numbers provided both divert to the same FULL MAILBOX, so have sent an email, hope they contact me within the next 10 hours, as i fly in 72 hours....

I bought a covid19 pcr test. had a future within 24 hours. the test but we didn't get it. for that reason we lost the trip. we had a big loss. it's a bad firm. so don't buy any of them. calling them gives a broken phone number. it's a scam !!!

Avoid. Scam. This company do not respond to emails or phone calls. They advertise 24hrs turnaround on covid test results. They received my covid test 8 days ago and have neither given a result nor responded to my emails/calls. If you have a time sensitive need for test results (e.g. departure tests, Day 5 - test to release) then 100% avoid. If you paid by credit card try doing a section 75 refund.

Do not use this company I ordered a Test to Release kit over a week ago and it still has not arrived. Customer Service do not reply to emails, the phone is constantly engaged and when I did manage to make contact with a representative via Online Chat, they too my email and mobile number and 48hrs later have still not got back to me regarding my test. BIG Waste of money, do not part ways with your hard earned cash with this company.

We were told by their staff that their travel PCR test is accepted by Emirates.This was not true. They ask you to perform the test. Don't be fooled by their discount price. We were lucky as my son insisted we see a copy of their certificate and called Emirates. We went straight to Boot's and received excellent service.If possible I would not even give one starSo disappointed by their service , first time I am writing a review

I agree with all below comments. Avoid. This company do not respond to emails or phone calls. They advertise 24hrs turnaround on covid test results but now well over 48hrs and still awaiting result" after day2 test was received by them. Avoid this company by all means. Very poor customer service

AVOID. This seems to be a scam or an incapable business. Waited 4 days for results for 'return from abroad PCR tests' for my son, still nothing, despite a 24hr turnaround advertised. They do not pick up the phone. You have no way to track your returned tests. And all this from a supplier recommended by the government. A service you have to pay for. Feel absolutely duped and ripped off.UPDATE: Finally had an email reply and test results after 5 days.

Paid for 3 x PCR home testing kits, only received D5 test to release on day 4. Never received D2+8 test kits. No direct customer service telephone line to resolve issues. The TrustOne App does not load on Android.No reply on email communication sent.The consumer watchdog and OFT should apply pressure on the failure of this business to provide its services as pledged.May be affordable at first glance, but I should have avoided it if I have done more research before paying for the service as I was in a hurry.I hope I will get my money back.

Requested a test to fly in plenty of time. Never arrived. Customer service not interested they said they didn't deal with sending. Had to pay another clinic for walk in test because I didn't have sufficient time to arrange with another company. Noticed their website said kits unavailable so did they take the order knowing they had no kits???
