TUI Holiday Superstore

Booked our holiday today with Karen at Tui. She had her work cut out. We had an exact date to travel, a definite budget, lots of must haves but not the first clue where we wanted to go. Karen was very patient with us and gave us lots of options, that met all of our needs. She was super knowledgeable and made us so excited for our holiday. I would recommend Karen and Tui to anyone looking to book a break.

We’ve used this store many times over the years before it was branded as TUI. The staff here always take the time to find a holiday that matches your budget and requirements. We have booked some great holidays with their help.Melissa was our advisor this time and she arranged a cheeky week in Portugal for us.At the beginning of the holiday, we hit a problem with the accommodation which whilst inconvenient was by no means the fault of the store or Melissa.The agents on the TUI app weren’t able to assist which was frustrating however thankfully, Karen, the store manager did reach out and offer assistance.TUI is a huge company and inevitably, as with any tour operator, things can sometimes go wrong. In addition, as with large tour operators, dealing with a busy online support department when something does go wrong can be a challenge.What I’ve since discovered however is that if you’ve booked your trip through a TUI store, the team there are also able to assist you in the unlikely event of an issue which makes things so much easier.Despite the problem we’ve had, we appreciate the assistance that the store provided and we’d happily use them again knowing the backup and after sales care that is provided by the team in store. It’s another level of assurance that you simply wouldn’t get if you were to book online.

We booked a ‘special birthday’ holiday with Catalina in TUI Warrington Superstore.We knew the island we wanted to go but not the area.She was so patient with us: showing us Google maps, helping to get the specifications we wanted in the hotel.We went back a couple days later to book excursions we looked at in store with her. She helped us to spread the trips out over the 2 weeks.Catalina was so lovely and patient. Just what we needed. A fabulous start to having a wonderful holiday.Thank you. Neil and Julie

We’ve booked our honeymoon to New York and Mexico thanks to Sarah Tasker. We’ve had such a smooth and enjoyable experience and Sarah has gone above and beyond to make the perfect holiday for us. She has been patient with our questions and helped us to understand the process. We can’t recommend booking through Tui enough and we are so excited for our honeymoon!

WE booked our holiday with Holly and she was very helpful and was also very knowledgeable on the areas we wished to visit. She was very pleasant, even though we weren't too sure and where we originally wanted to go, we would highly recommend dealing with her in the future.

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday at Aqua Bay Suites in Zante, thank you to Julia Neale at TUI Warrington Superstore for helping us find this holiday. She listened to what we needed as a family on holiday and was able to find just what we wanted, from the plane journey to accommodation to resort. She was very friendly and keen to find us exactly the right holiday. We'll definitely come to Julia when we book our next holiday.

We have just been into your store and booked our 2025 holiday to America. Kathryn was our travel consultant and she was amazing. Her knowledge and kindness made booking such a pleasure. This is the 2nd time I've booked a long haul holiday with Kathryn as well as may other short hall breaks. I always ask for her when making an appointment and would recommend her to anyone wanting to book a holiday. Well done Kathryn.

Having spent hours looking for the right combination for our holiday online and almost given up, I called the store and spoke to Sarah who was lovely, we called in during our lunch break and Sarah was able to give us more details about both locations we had looked at and as we worked through hotel requirements, room configurations and suitable flight times I wished I had come in store much earlier.Sarah was helpful, kind and sensitive to health issues and had lots of information of extra things we could access like assistance at airport etc - something I would not have even been aware of had we booked online. Whilst the internet seems more accessible, its not always easier and with Sarah's ninja holiday skills we booked our holiday in under an hour, amazing.
