I came across The Living Well on Instagram. I didn't really understand fully what was happening in my life but I was searching for answers and it led me to Nicole. Nicole listened to my story then welcomed me into her own Facebook group where I found other women who understood me. It's very hard to open up in front of others, especially the subject of abuse. I attended the support groups on zoom and was able to tell my story with no interruptions, just kind women listening to me and supporting me. The staff are all lovely and they understand as they have been there. This company is very warm and caring. Once you join, you won't wanna leave. I've made friends here and whilst I was being abused they were there, undoing the damage my husband caused. They picked me up and when I fell again, they picked me back up. They never give up. I'll always be grateful to Nicole and her staff. Thank you

I have known Nicole for about a year now and it has been a pleasure to witness her starting The Living Well and seeing how successful it is right now. She has changed my life by opening my eyes to what emotional abuse is and how abuse has made my adult life difficult. She has provided solutions for me on how to cope with the struggles I currently have. Her groups are amazing, and it has been so wonderful to see how her clients have grown and gotten to know each other and support each other. I love how she gives advice in these groups and offers resources to those who need it. Her School of Narcissistic Abuse is highly informative and entertaining. I have learned quite a bit on the different types of narcissists, the warning signs, how to avoid them in the future, how to heal from the effects of their abuse, and how to get out and move on to a better life. I look forward to seeing The Living Well continue to grow and become something so amazing, that it exceeds everyone’s expectations, and I am confident that it will happen!
