I recently worked with Chris to transition a client over to Office 365 and Chris was fantastic, he explained the process in laymans terms and was on hand to ensure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. Super friendly and efficient support.

We were recommended to 1-Zero-1, we are on a service plan which allows us peace of mind that whatever goes wrong we are covered.I have decided to write this review after my most recent experience.On Monday I switched my computer on and it didn't boot.10:15 emailed support.10:45 computer picked up by technician11.30 fault diagnosed (New hard drive required)16:45 computer back with new hard drive and all programs, settings etc like it was before.If you want the best then I recommend 1-Zero-1.MalcolmAcacia Blinds
