A bit hidden in a small industrial estate, but follow sat nav, and it will take you there - no problems. Knowledgeable and helpful staff (Chris was very informative and approachable - which is refreshing as some trade oriented places tend to look down at occasional DIY-ers (my personal experience and view)). If it was my local one, it would most likely be my store of choice.

Very quick efficient service. During the current crisis I always order online . I always get a messege when its ready for collection and if in stock normally within the hour if not an accurate time and date when it will be in. Efficient service when I arrive.

My partner had a very unprofessional experience. Staff shouting through him, excited for the end of the day. (1 hour til closing) complained she had been in since 6am. Huffed and puffed at his order.

Had what I needed in stock. Clicked & collected in a matter of minutes. Store was quiet & the staff were great.The only issue is, the car park is only suitable for cars or small vans. I had to park on the double yellows, so they loose a star for that.
