Stay away from this liar, Let me down so many times . 5 times arranged to come but never turned up , always making excuses like someone is ill in the family , or someone dies in the family.

I see a lot of people giving positive comments here.... 5 stars... Wow, good for you! Therefore I'm assuming he might be good at fixing appliances but seems to have a problem showing up. Although he is local to repair site I actually live far away from site, hence I had to drive 18 miles to repair site (36 miles round trip) on 2 rescheduled dates (72 miles in total). He didn't show up on both occasions and didn't even inform me of any delay until prompted after waiting well past the agreed time. On the second occasion I didn't even get a response back. I'm NOT about to test and see if 3rd time lucky. Will be seeking alternative labour and probably replacing my wasted fuel. Unfortunately I can't replace my lost time.

Fantastic company. Sorted our issues quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an expert in refrigeration they are the clear choice, we have used many other local firms in the past that have tried to take us for a ride however, the chaps at S D Maltby have been clear and honest every time we’ve used them.
