Such a fun class! My sister and I attended a four person, two hour pottery class. It was lively, fun and informative. Matthew was interesting, entertaining, and generous with both advice and assistance. I'm wholly inept with anything artistic, but still managed to emerge with three credible pieces, all thanks to Matthew. Do give it a go - you won't regret it. (Special nod to Zelda as well, who was especially charming!). I'll be checking the website later in the year for Christmas gifts too.

We attended a pottery workshop over the weekend (5 of us in total) and what an amazing experience. As a group of friends we’ve challenged ourselves to get out of our comfort zones and try new things together and all we can say is pottery is our new favourite activity! Matthew was so accommodating and really took the time to show us how to make pieces, from bowls to tapas plates! We couldn’t recommend this workshop enough and we will definitely be back in the new year. Thanks Matthew and the team!

My wife and I visited today for a workshop. We had the best time and Matthew was great! He was so patient and explained how everything worked. We made some awesome pieces, can’t wait to see them finished! Everyone should visit the website and get a voucher for a workshop. You won’t regret it!

The two-hour pottery workshop in Barry is really great fun. I attended with my friend and we both enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it. I had never done any pottery before so didn’t know what to expect, but it is suitable for people of levels of experience and was very relaxed. We made three pieces each of different sizes, and the hardest thing was deciding what to make. It is so satisfying to make something attractive and practical, will definitely do another one in the future. A great way to spend an afternoon with friends.

Absolutely great birthday present. I would highly recommend this gift experience.My daughter and myself had a really good time. Matt is a great instructor and our pots and bits and pieces were fun to make. They look quite impressive!

I bought the workshop for my husband’s birthday as something a little different and fun for us to do together and we were not disappointed! We had an awesome morning making 3 things each under Matt’s excellent (and very patient!) instruction. We would definitely recommend! Thanks Matt!

I attended the two hour pottery workshop with my mother, and we both thoroughly enjoyed. Having never tried pottery before, we didn't know what to expect, but at the end we both commented on how much we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was a relaxed atmosphere, and Matt has so much patience when it comes to things going wrong with the clay. Matt is really friendly and approachable, and would help as much or as little as we needed, and would answer any questions we had. We are both so pleased with how our pieces came out.The booking process was also very simple, and Ming was very helpful with answering any questions I had, prior to the workshop and prior to picking up the pieces we created.I would 100% recommended the pottery class to anyone wanting to try something new, and I will be booking myself another session in the near future.Thank you Matt and Ming for such an enjoyable experience :)

Did the pottery workshop for 2 with my partner and honestly had the best time. The workshop was run really smoothly and made you feel confident handling the clay early on. Matthew was very friendly and took the time to get to know everyone while running the workshop. We were both over the moon with the final results as well!
