Mark repaired a Cata Dishwasher in one of our rentals. Mark was polite and amenable to making a time slot suited to our tenants work commitments. Fortunately simple adjustments resolved the issue and the tenant is well pleased. Service was prompt and professionally managed.

Mark removed and installed a new dishwasher for us. Prior to getting the dishwasher, he spent some time finding us a dishwasher that we liked and was available to advice us on certain models and the functions on them. It so much better than getting it off the Internet and not knowing what to expect.Mark did an excellent job and would definitely use Smart Appliance Service Ltd again for their excelleny customer service and their high quality of work. Highly recommend!
