Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Woking

Very helpful and friendly staff. They were able to rent me a vehicle at very short notice for the weekend and everything was done in a polite and professional way. I appreciated the time being spent to walk me through how the electric vehicle worked before driving away.

After a 3 days rental, I just returned a Volvo XC 60. Martin and Katie are wonderful to deal with, and nothing seems to be too much problem for them. On pickup, the SUV was clean and a joy to drive. Enterprise Car & Van Hire Woking comes highly recommended, and the costs are quite cheap. Thank you very much.

No star Very bad . I bocked an automatic car , they gave me an old manual one and it was filthy, no facility in the car . I requested a new automatic again they offered also an old expensive car as well.

Sadly, I have been having an extremely poor experience with Enterprise Woking.The vehicle was presented to me with a broken mirror, and I was assured this was noted in the paperwork. But for some reason the paperwork could not be shown to me and I was told it was in 'another system'.The mirror fell out following a light tap from another vehicle. When I returned the vehicle the branch assured me the fact it was already broken would be taken into consideration.Enterprise has since taken £463.35 from my account to pay for an entirely new mirror, and they deny it was already broken. Additionally, they claim to have not received my photographs I took during collection of the vehicle (showing the damaged mirror).We've always had a good service from Enterprise, but this experience is leading me to take our business elsewhere.EDIT: Following the comment from Enterprise below, I emailed them and can confirm they did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the issue.

Amazing service from the team, especially the young lady that dealt with me on 2/11/23 and following morning. Made everything so simple and relaxing for a stressful move. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately. Would definitely use again when needed, thought phone was lost too and called around to see if she could find it. 5/5 service from her alone. Absolutely terrible experience. Was referred to Enterprise by my insurer, Enterprise couldn't provide my with an automatic vehicle of a certain size (according to my policy cover). It was a ping pong of phone calls and promises that vehicle will be sorted. After a week of no progress I went to Avis, who sorted the vehicle for me the same day.
