Incorrect information was given to me regarding a set of steps so I ordered them only to find that they were not suitable so I requested a return and a refund and the return took place and so did the refund after some prompting.The company acted properly regarding the return though it would have been better to furnish me with the correct information in the first place.

Order placed 13th April 2023, still nothing arrived despite being told several times it had shipped over the space of 2 weeks. Lat emailed 4th May to advise between 2 & 5pm NOTHING!!!Send my order I have paid for this and I want my product without any more delays......

I would have given five stars except our ladder was a little wider than described and won’t quite fit for one of the uses we wanted it for.

Order placed online on 8th Feb, shown as 2/3 days delivery. Chased delivery on 15th Feb, advised would be delivered by 24th Feb. Did not arrive, chased again. Finally arrived on 27th Feb. Item was a Single Section Industrial Roof Ladder - 4.35 m

purchased a folding loft ladder, had to have a carpenter to construct a supporting frame as new build homes do not have the depth of ceiling joists to fix this ladder to or the weight it has to carry. This could not be carried out unless you employ a professional person. When fixed you could not use the hook to pull it down, it was too flimsy and just bent and was useless to use to close the ladder up into the loft. I happen to have a metal hook on a pole that was strong enough to pull the ladder down but you have great difficulty in pushing the ladder back up and not a suitable ladder for an older person to use or a person with little strength in their arms. The ladder served its purpose when opened up and on the ground but pushing back up was a nightmare. Cannot recommend it for the elderly or for the fixing of it, good job that I don't use it very often.

I placed an order on Monday afternoon, which guaranteed my delivery before 12 pm on Wednesday 1st of July 2020.Based on this information I scheduled an urgent job for Thursday (Today), The Order never came!! I tried non stop to contact the ladder store on their office throughout Wednesday to which I was told they will definitely be here today before 12pm.At the time of writing its 15.27 and my delivery is still no where to be seen, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, they will not answer the phone or emails. I will now have to delay the job until the weekend due to this terrible company constantly giving me incorrect information.To top it all off I have received no confirmation email or received an invoice from the company.If you want consistency and good customer service, then avoid the ladder store at all cost.
