Mark was great. He offered a very competitive quote with sound advice to replace a combi boiler and 5 radiators. Him and his mate completed the full installation within a day, which was unreal in terms of exceeding expectations! The tenant had some issues with the use of boiler controls afterwards which he went back to resolve and error proof the system further. I'm really happy with the service and quality of work and hope to use Mark again in the future

I used this service on a Sunday morning and was in dire straights with no heating or hot water. Mark was so helpful and quick to reply and support. In todays world it is unusual to find someone so helpful and professional, even on a Sunday. I would rate Mark and his business every time.Anthony M

Outstanding service on a very snowy day. My boilers filter was leaking causing no pressure on the boiler. Within 2 hours of making the call, a new filter was fitted. Slightly cheaper than quoted over the phone too. Very rare to find this level of service

Came to have a look at a leaking toilet, simple job but I'm not confident with plumbing jobs, never saw him again, ignored all communication. (I'm a decent customer, did everything he asked). Could have charged me £100 for a 10 minute job but obviously couldn't be bothered. I'll need a new boiler and completely new heating system in the next couple of years, it's safe to say I won't be using this company.

Huge thanks to Mark for fitting new boiler. After experiencing no heating or hot water Mark came out very promptly and advised us our ageing boiler needed replacing. Advice was provided on a suitable replacement and new boiler fitted within a few days. Very friendly and professional service. Would recommend. Many thanks.

We needed a radiator removing urgently to prepare for plastering. We had rang other plumbers who couldn't be bothered to call back. Mark came at short notice, even though he was busy he managed to fit us in and completed the job quickly. Mark is friendly and professional and he provided useful advice on a problem area.
