Last year I rented a flat through Criterion. It was the worste estate agency I've ever dealt with in 9 years I've been renting.Things haven't improved after several complains. They actually got worse. I left the flat at the end of my 1 year contract because the main owner decided to sell the flat. send the report to the landlord agents said and if everything was fine give us our deposit back. They are saying they did not receive any report, ignoring multiple emails. God knows if and when will see deposit back. It shouldn't be like this at all. First of all, they shouldn't ignore.If you are honest people like, avoid this agency at any cost.

Applied for disrepair waited 4 months, had fly and insects problem for 6 months. Overall experience not very pleasant.

Living here is a horrible idea and my experience is very very bad. You’ll find most of the services you get from a managed apartment aren’t available. I’m just waiting for my contract to finish, another 6 months and I’ll leave this horror show.
