This company installed a heat hump next door to me. They disregarded all of the guidelines and located it as close to my property as they could. Everything attached to the heat pump on the inside of the house is meant to be 1m away from a separating wall. They put it right next to it. I have to endure the most horrendous buzzing noise inside my house because something is vibrating against my wall. It sounds like I'm living in a fridge and it has destroyed my mental health. I reached out to them for help investigating it and the response was poor. I can't tell you how much it has been and still is ruining my life.

From the first phone call to Griffiths Air Conditioning we were very impressed with the friendly and quick response to our enquiry.The home survey by Ian gave great advice about the choice of units and how the installation would be carried out.Within a week the fitters arrived and after 8 hours, every thing was very professionally installed.Since the multi split air heat pump system has been installed, we have used the heating and cooling and it has all worked better than we could have hoped for. We are now waiting for the summer heat and being able to sit in the cool, Happy days.All the team that were involved were brilliant. A great company and would definitely recommend.

Quick and speedy service with getting my AC fitted! Rang and was booked in for a survey the next day and then it was fitted 2 weeks later! Amazing service, thank you to the team and to Sophie who I dealt with.

I was unfortunate enough to have this company do some electrical work for me.They were punctual and seemed efficient but some very worrying and concerning issues emerged.One of the employees turned up to work smelling of alcohol and I have grave reservations about the safety of any work he may have done. What kind of electrical company allows a drunk to do electrical work?Some of the fittings have come loose over time meaning the quality of the work wasn't very good.And despite my best efforts they refuse to give me a certificate for the work completed. I tried to get this but they wouldn't help.It was a huge mistake to allow these people to do work or me.Please learn from my lessons and find someone else to complete this important work for you. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.I'm response to the reply.I did report the matter to the relevant authority.I also spoke to you personally and you refused to issue a certificate for the work you carried out.Your rogue trader way of doing business is a real shame and I have no doubt others will be caught out.You knew you had an employee with alcohol issues working for you and you chose to ignore it. Shameful disregard for safety, but not a surprise sadly.You risk customer safety and then try to turn it on the customer. Nice!Says it all about your ethics as a person and as a company.I am sorry to hear that this person has passed.*****I have been going through some paperwork in relation to this. We had a different electrician over to do some work and he commented on the work carried out by Griffiths..The electrician, in his repot, said, 'in my opinion this is totally inappropriate and potentially dangerous.'I didn't say this, a qualified electrician did so in his report.I'll leave this here, but please learn from my experience and go elsewhere.

Since having work done several years ago I made contact again about solar panels. I have contacted around 6 times over several months and can't even get them to send a quote. Obviously they dont want any business. Some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced so I will be taking my business elsewhere!

HEAT PUMP REVIEW More realistic cost than some others, ~ £2k cheaper than some others. Not always the fastest to reply and sort things out, but OK. I am the landlord and haven't seen the heat pump but the tenant reported that they were professional and tidy in the installation. The heat pump has been quiet. We think the cost is similar or lower than gas, but we haven't done proper calculations. There was one issue on the first day but quickly resolved and since then has done well for its first winter, heating an old house with only slightly better than average insulation, and without needing to be on all the time. The unit inside the kitchen was a little larger than a gas boiler. According to our calculations will cut climate emissions by 70%-80%.

We had the Daikin Emura Air conditioning unit installed last week and we are really pleased with it. Sophie at the office has been really helpful and the lads who installed the unit, Jake and Thomas, were very professional, clean and took time to explain to me how the unit works and how to set it up on my phone. Thank you very much Griffiths! I’d highly recommend.

A superb level of service from quote to completion of the project. Griffiths designed and installed an Air Source Heat Pump system as part of our renovation project. I was impressed by their expertise, not only in the work on site but also by their communication and reporting of progress. Having never overseen an ASHP project before, the clear explanations and advice from Griffiths helped us enormously. Some minor teething issues (not the fault of Griffiths) were resolved with their customary speed and friendliness. Knowing you're a valued customer counts for a lot.

I would not use this company again. The guys who do the work are fine, although they did install our system incorrectly and it has taken them several goes to put it right, dispite diagnosing the problem they had to have 2 more visits and me chasing them to get the system fixed. I am now going to have my system independantly assesed to make sure it is fitted correctly.
