Very helpful. Got me out of a sticky situation with the landlord.Even when court gave a miss justice against me, DHA took it to the high court. I did win

Spoke to two ladies and non of them even let me explain or communicate my issue. Then she was saying I am the one who is angry for correcting her in pronouncing my name right. It sad and unprofessional and 100% would not even hire or let anyone in my business with attitude they had. It’s worst experience I had and would never advise to speak to them as seemed that they don’t care or even are bothered to help. They only there to sit their hours and go home so they get paid

Certain staff here i found to be lazy, unproffesional and immature and very unhelpful. Citizen's Advice Bureau all the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
