My items arrived after 6 weeks of waiting. Now the jacket is small for my son, but they rejected the return, since it has the school emblem, which was the point for buying it anyway! I never had such pathetic experience in online shopping.

I ordered my shirts on the 12th of august got a set date they was supposed be done now it’s the 6th of October and I only received 6 shirts out of how many I ordered and I ordered with yous because was closer supplier to me then everyone else to be honest

We ordered 2 items about 12th of August.I had to make multiple emails, and they sent just today 05/09/23 just one item.Other item is missing ,it is a home shirt with number, my son won't be able to join match due to extremely bad service of this company.I would rate your company less, not even one star.Why is not possible ke to contact you ??????

*AVOID*. I placed an order for 2 items at the beginning of July, was given a delivery date of 14 days... 3 months later, multiple unanswered emails, Facebook and WhatsApp messages as well as being cut off on the phone at least 7 times i still don't have my items!!! Defiantly wont be using these again.

Placed an order as items were showing in stock, was emailed stating item was shipped with tracking number. After 2 weeks and multiple emails and WhatsApp msgs to ProKit with no response, no item has been received?!? Luckily I placed the order through PayPal and received a refund. I understand there can be supply issues, but on this experience I would avoid this company as there are much better sports suppliers out there, who communicate and respond to customers.

Great Support in the store in which the staff were pleasant and got my printed FA uniform done there and then even though they had a queue of other items to be printed in. Staff were great and would shop there again.

ProKit helped us out very last minute for a kit and printing after we were let down last minute.I have to say the whole team from start to finish were excellent and communication through the process was exceptional. The kit as arrived a week earlier than expected and in great order.Great team and would recommend them to any club/team in the future and we shall be 100% having further conversations with ProKit on further business with the club.

Purchased a football shirt from ProKit and paid for standard delivery. The shirt arrived a couple of days later which was impressive. Great quality shirt, and great service.

Waited over three weeks for my order to arrive just for my entire order to be cancelled because they “didn’t have the badge on file” for just one of my five items (I did upload the badge when placing the order too). Customer service is rubbish via email and no one wants to help/talk to you over the phone to discuss your order. A simple phone call would have been appreciated to sort the order instead of cancelling.The so called “multiple emails” which the company claims to have written to me in their response to this review is absolute rubbish. They did not once contact me about this before cancelling my order. I attempted to find out why my order had been cancelled, and in their response they did not mention that they had previously attempted to make contact with me and they completely disregarded why my other items were unable to be delivered.I also called them up before the order was cancelled to find out where my order was (as it hadn’t arrived yet) and they didn’t mention anything about the missing badge. Their automated system and lack of customer service clearly isn’t working by the looks of things as I’m not the only one disappointed with their service. Complete waste of time, seriously don’t bother using this company!
