Beautiful flowers! I've been to the store and I've ordered online multiple times. The florists are great and customer service were very responsive.

Have ordered two bouquets from here, the first was fantastic and the flowers lasted all week, the second arrived nicely, but within 48hrs the flowers had wilted. I sent a photo to the customer service team, didn't get a response, sent another follow up email few days later, still no response. I won't be using again.

Poor quality of flowers. Poor post sale customer service and policy. The flowers that were delivered were of poor quality. On raising a complaint, the customer service representative mentioned that only a 20% refund can be given, and that too in credits for future purchases. On asking for refund via the payment source, the customer care representative kept stating that this is as per policy".This is clear arm twisting of customers and against consumer interests."

A great thank you to the florist Sandra who is nice and professional. I asked her to help me design the bouquet in a combination of white and pink flowers. Then the bouquet turns out to be very beautiful and artistic. It definitely meets my expectation and the person who I sent the flowers to also likes it! Also a thank you to the customer service team who helped me contact the florist when I could not find her. Everything was done professionally in this store. Good experience :)

I spontaneously popped in to this shop that I’ve walked by a thousand times without noticing it. It’s right on the corner of Marylebone Rd, a nice little shop that has not a lot of but definitely high quality, gorgeous flowers. The shopkeepers are incredibly friendly and helpful, they helped me pick out something pretty to lift my spirits on a grey January day.
