We are proud to announce the opening of the world's largest Sneaker Laundry, Cafe and Retail store located in the historic Trongate area of Glasgow City Centre. Called shop to see if they would b interested in buying a pair of Nike Vapormax Flyknit Safari.Person on phone said to take them into shop so they could check them over.Gentleman who looked at them was really nice an said he didn’t have the authority to make me a offer for them which was fair enough an said I could leave them an the gentleman who bought n sold the stock would b back in shop on the Monday an that he seemed pretty certain I would b made a offer for them.When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone on the Monday I found him to come across arrogant n rude and said he hadn’t really had any dealings with this shoe which I find hard to believe.He said he wasn’t paying what I was looking for which I understand but there is a way means to speaking to people an dealing with the public very disappointed in his telephone manner towards myself won’t b back or recommend.

My trainers went in such a bad state that I had even considered binning them but they were returned to be looking out of the box new. Everyone is incredibly friendly. They also have a very nice coffee shop. Can not recommend their services enough.

I had such a great experience here, really kind lovely people that were a huge help to me in my moment of need. My boots were falling apart and needed to be repaired asap as I was holiday and I had no other shoes with me. They were able to help me out straight away, and while we waited had some coffee and chats with the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend, thanks again!

On a trip to Glasgow and my pal had a shoe emergency, they were able to fix her shoe in like 10/15 mins no bother. Had a coffee while we waited which was gorge, and got some lovely recommendations from the staff of places to visit. Really lovely vibe all round, and fantastic service! Would 10/10 recommend.

Why can I not give 0 stars? absolutely abysmal service and can not understand how they ended up providing their ‘services’ in Selfridges.Brought in my slippers for a full work-up,They made me wait 4.5 months!!!!!! to receive them back. In the meantime they lied numerous times stating they are ready and shipped or to be shipped, while it was clear they didn’t.At least I supposed that after 4.5 months I would receive great quality work, unfortunately I did not.Sole was supposed to be replaced, they didn’t, just a heel attachment.Clasps were kept in damaged state, nothing done.They ‘repainted’ the logo with what I assume can only be Typp-ex and is completely wonky and uneven.For £140 paid, 4.5 months wait and then I am just being ignored is in no way acceptable, avoid, avoid, AVOID at all costs. bring your shoes to Harrods for repair, the professionals are there- not at Sneaker Er.I am left with £140 out of pocket and £350 Valentino slippers that I can toss out.AVOID.

After checking the website I went in with a pair of diadora borg, gold.Thought to myself, maximum £50.The assistant says £120.Couldnt believe it.120 quid, to tart up a pair of trainers.I'd be cheaper buying a new pair.
