Having purchased from this company on ebay previously and found the quality of their essential oils to be excellent, I decided to buy from their website instead to purchase larger quantities at better prices. The service was fantastic. Well packed, prompt delivery and everything the same top quality. I will continue to buy from them, genuine items at excellent prices!

Disastrous service. Placed an order specifically for Wicks and added a few essential oils as I was paying for delivery. Buff and Butter without sending an email or explanation part refund my order. I have since emailed them 3 times to ask about what was refunded and to cancel the order if the wicks are not available as i wanted just these. I have still to date no response or even my order. Their phone number on the site isn't working either.I would avoid this unprofessional business by all means. I have just lost £35 from purchasing from these guys on 23rd January and they have not had the decency to even contact me. Horrible!!

Terrible service. Phone number doesn’t work which they haven’t bothered to change on their website on emails. They Don’t respond to emails either. Does anyone actually work in customer service here?

I've ordered from this company once before and don't recall a problem. They provided some lavender oil at agreat price and the quality was very good.I've since placed a further order for the same on 8 August and not received the product, an update and more worrying, they've not responded to 3 email enquiries or 2 telephone messages which I've left.I'm hugely disappointed and reluctant to post a negative experience , but really don't know any other method of engaging with Buff & Butter.I'm wondering if they've ceased trading.Any comments Buff & Butter would like to pick up on would be most welcome.

I am absolutely delighted with the service and products provided by this company. I ordered a number of aromatherapy oils which are extremely good quality and value for money. As I live local to their premises, they arranged for a member of staff to deliver the items out of hours. How's that for service. I will always order from this company.
