Billy allowed me ample time to explore the car's features and performance. While the information provided during the test drive was thorough.The customer service was exceptional (5/5). Billy Davis was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. Billy took the time to understand my preferences and provided valuable insights without any pressure, no high-pressure sales tactics, making the overall process comfortable.Billy Davis delivered a commendable pre-sales car purchase experience; the overall handover process of the new car went smoothly. the atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism.I am now looking forward to an even greater after-sales experience with Kia Coulsdon branch.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car

From now on this is my KIA service to go! First I got an appointment for free and for the next week (the Bromley Kia was charging £150 for diagnostic and could get my car seen in 3 weeks time!), second all people who are working there are friendly and very helpful - thank you John for all your help! And now I got my car back on the road - fixed (free under the warranty) and freshly washed! I will not be using any other Kia service ever again as you are the best example how it should be done!

The service I received from Billy was absolutely outstanding. He was very professional, welcoming to me & my family. I couldn't have asked for any better. Billy recommended the hot chocolate when he offered us beverages & he was so right, they were amazing!

My vehicle failed MOT and I urgently needed to get it checked by a Kia service centre. After my local Kia garage couldn’t fit me in and was generally unhelpful, the team at Group 1 offered next day service and quickly resolved my problem. They were kind, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We initially dealt with Ollie who was first class, cannot say a bad word about the man, was fantastic with our requirements and our budget. Great location with a decent selection of used vehicles. We spoke to Tracey on reception and rocky the salesman who were genuinely lovely and welcoming. We did not find what we wanted but will definitely recommend this dealership to others as part of their car searching expedition

I bought a brand new EV6 and it took about 14 months for it to be delivered- which is understandable.After a long 14 month wait, the ‘new car’ arrived with marks, tyres were dirty and there were footprints in the back seat of the car. The fuse box was also open. They took the car in and sorted this all out- but not ideal for a new car.2 months into driving the car, the ambient lighting stopped working, Kia took the car in to service but returned it and I did not hear anything back from them, I couldn’t get through to them either to understand what happened as the lights still were not working. The car was taken in again a month later after chasing up on the issue but again, they were unable to identify what was wrong with it. It’s the 4th time Kia have taken in my car now, after only have had it for 4 months and they are still unable to sort out the issues with the car. Nobody is able to tell me what the issue is. Do not buy a car from Kia if you actually want a car with no issues to drive.The customer service were great up until I actually got the car and gave them a review. After that, the team were unresponsive and difficult to get through to.Edit: That’s not a great response from you Barry, seeing as you were one of the people dealing with this issue. This shows complete negligence on your behalf.

My car was booked it for a repair in August. I was given an appointment to bring the car in. Was given to them when it was booked in for. Still haven't had the 'time' to look at the car because there is apparently a back log. Why are you booking people in and wasting their time. 2 months later after calling them the hundredth time they ask me to take away the car. No one will call you to give an update.The car was under warranty when booked in with them. Provide no replacement car. They don't care about their customers or their cars. I would never buy or get my car repaired in this dealership again.This dealership is a disgrace for Kia UK. How are they still allowed to trade.Update after review reply:I am not going to waste my time calling your reception number. Someone will pick up after 30 mins of hold and say no one's available and will receive a call back. No one calls back. Call your customers!
