They tested the handset and tablet thoroughly before and after the repair, which I didn't expect but you leave reassured that everything is working.They really do go out of their way to make sure the customers leave happy. Their pricing was good considering you get a 1 year warranty. I Definitely recommend, five star service.Update to this review.I came back this time because I had completely destroyed my iPhone 6 plus. I some how managed to shut the iPhone in my car door. I was served by Paris who handled the situation very very professionally. He told me he had seen worse. Worse....... really???They said it was worth giving it a go. So I left it with them. They called the next day saying the phone was fully repaired and working. I couldn't believe it. I attached a picture so you can see just how bad the phone was. They managed to reshape the frame and replace the screen. Only £90 to restore what looked like bin material.Didn't fancy forking out £300 plus on another iPhone. Very relieved the phone could be fixed, very pleased with the service.Will definitely be recommending these guys anywhere I go. Thank you!

Exe fixed my phone screen in two days. Was made aware it was no fix no fee before the process started. Very efficient, very good fix and still working 1 week later.

During a battery replacement my phone screen got broken. Exe ordered a free replacement for overnight delivery, rang us to let us know about the delay and then got the phone ready as soon as it arrived. When things go wrong, you get a sense of the business - and Exe did the honourable thing, replaced the screen for free and were helpful and polite and quick. A+ service. Highly recommended.

600 QUID DOWN THE DRAIN! DONT EVEN FIX THEIR MISTAKES THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFEIs it possible to send a laptop for repair and for it to come back in worse condition than it came in? Well... let me introduce you to eXe!I've sent a laptop with a cracked screen, I provided them with a replacement and gave them a simple job to replace the screen.See a list of their screw-ups below1)They made a hatchet job of my original screen so i cant even put the old one back totally destroyed (see images below)2)They sent the laptop back with the screen not assembled hanging off the lid (see images below)3)The screen which was new came back with a CRACK4)They broke my camera so my camera function doesn't work5)They refuse to take any responsibility and weaseled their way out of fixing their mistakes.You got to see the pictures to believe it so check them out below :)
