We rented the most beautiful flat in Edinburgh, in the most exciting and vibrant area of the city overlooking the Meadows, close to everything, simply fantastic! But what made our stay really super was the service provided by Clouds Property Management: for any issue that would come up (actually very few in over four year’s stay!) Mark and his team were always ready with a solution. We deeply appreciated the attention we received from Clouds and would strongly recommend them.

Clouds have managed our apartment in central Edinburgh for the last 7 years. We have found them to be efficient, effective and consistently easy to deal with. They have always been on hand to ensure a high standard of service to both tenants and landlord, and we have over this time developed great confidence in Clouds’ capacity to effectively manage the whole process. Recently, Mark and his team succeeded in securing a very satisfactory rental agreement with good tenants, despite the not insignificant challenges of the COVID pandemic. We continue to be exceptionally pleased with the service we have received from Clouds.

I have rented a property with Clouds for 3 years and from start to finish, I cannot fault my service with them. Any small issues with the property were fixed promptly, and we always received great service from both the letting agents and the contractors they use.We were always made to feel like the property was our home and not just somewhere we were renting, and so any issues we had were treated as important and a priority.Every person that we have dealt with from Clouds during out tenancy has been great, but most recently Ben has been our main point of contact. Having rented in Edinburgh for over ten years I have experienced varying levels of service from a variety of letting agencies. The experience I have had over the last year with Clouds has been exceptional on every level. From cleanliness of the property to speed of repairs, nothing was too much for the team. Having just bought my first property I no longer have to use an agency however would not hesitate to recommend Clouds to anyone who is looking for a property to rent, or is a landlord looking for an agency to represent them.
