Absolutely quality gym. Equipment is second to none, hard pressed to find anything like it anywhere in the country.Not only that, but Jordan is super helpful and one of the most knowledgable in the business with a real passion for lifting.

This new gym is in a class of its own, so slick! The best equipment & well laid out. Jordan was welcoming & helpful, but more than that, he had a passion to support anyone who walks through the doors & you can't put a price on that! Will be back!

Very proud member of ZeroW. The gym is equipped with the highest quality equipment and a number of platforms for lifting - you'll never be waiting again!The staff are so friendly and always on hand to offer advise or a spot if you are training alone! Also has two full shower rooms for those early morning trainers!Parking is super easy and the gym is very accessible just outside the city centre!

Phenomenal experience, the smile says it all. I’m in awe of all the kit they have, not just powerlifting focused they have an accessory area with some cracking pieces in. I believe it’s going to help develop the sport of powerlifting in Wales and the UK.
