I really valued my sessions with Ursula. She was allowed me to feel comfortable enough to explore why certain things make me feel the way then do and behave the way I do, providing really useful insights and guidance along the way. After a course of just 4 sessions, I feel much more confident in my ability to deal with different scenarios I find challenging, and I've already been able to put some of Ursula's suggestions into practise to great effect.

Ursula was extremely professional during our sessions and at no point did I feel uncomfortable, or hesitant to discuss any of the topics we discussed. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely helpful at a very hard time. Ursula was extremely lovely and talked me through a lot of very hard things in an extremely professional manner, giving me the space to define my own goals and thoughts. Would definitely recommend.

Ursula helped me through a tough period in my life, listening to my problems with compassion and understanding. Helping me to realise some of my flaws, open my eyes to why I might think in certain ways and encouraging me to work on them.

Unfortunately my partner of 31 years passed away late last year and I was unable to cope. I just didn’t want to do anything. If I’d have had my way, I would have just stayed in bed.Luckily I have some amazing friends and they said I should find a bereavement counsellor.Which is how I came to meet Ursula. When I first met her, I really didn’t know what to expect, but she put me at ease. It was quite liberating for me. I don’t cry easily and certainly not in front of anyone (not sure why, but…) but found I was comfortable enough to cry and to talk about how much pain I was in. It was good to have someone who was there just for me.I have Ursula to thank for helping me find my path from the darkest place to where I am now, in the light, and actually being able to see forward and plan trips on my own. Because what I realised with her help, was that I’ll never be alone. My partner is inside me, a part of me. And I thank her heartily.I would recommend her to anyone who is in a similar situation. Please never think you’re on your own. Help is there.
