Ordered 5 bottles of poachers ice eliquid. The word ice meaning it is a menthol liquid. I specifically ordered this version as I use menthol liquids.They emailed to say they only had 4 and I then asked them to confirm it was the poachers ice version as shown on the website. No reply. Instead they sent 4 bottles of the non menthol and totally different label compared to what was on website. Also sent a random bottle of lesser value as a replacement for the 5th bottle. Avoid this company, they deliberately send products they know are different to what they advertise. Further more the packaging was burst and resealed by royal mail as they had stuck the order in a bag too small for the product's and items were missing.

Amazing shop and the best customer service you could ask for! Best range of mods and Eliquids around and they are always happy to help with any questions or sourcing a product you want. Staff are friendly and polite and the shop is always neat and tidy, and they have a nice selection of American drinks and sweets in as well.

Visited on Saturday, very Helpful staff they know their stuff, as soon as you walk in you get a friendly welcome, really clean shop, and everything so nicely organised all very eye catching as well, great prices too. Don’t think we will be going anywhere else now.
