Christ Church

A friendly and welcoming evangelical Christian church which meets in an old railway Station House, with a congregation across the age ranges, including an unusually high number of children and young people.The church serves the community in Greenbank, Firdale Park, The Pippins and the Chester Road area, whilst also attracting folk from neighbouring districts. Sound Bible based teaching in sermons and Sunday School groups. Daytime and evening small groups for Bible study, prayer and fellowship.Many other activities for people of all ages, including a Tots group, a mid-week Coffee, Cake & Chat, a craft group and evening groups for children and young people.Church volunteers run a distribution centre for Mid Cheshire foodbank (see the MCFB website as to how to book a visit).Opened in 2002 as a plant from St John's, Hartford and extended in 2015 to accommodate the ever growing congregation. The website has useful information about the church's beliefs, Sunday services and activities through the week.

Very welcoming, down to earth Evangelical Church with clear, strong Bible based preaching and emphasis on being a family of believers. All ages represented with lots of children and a full range of mid-week activities for young and old.

Friendly, welcoming, Bible believing, Bible preaching evangelical Christian church. Has a good range of ages from toddlers, through families to a number of older folk. Part of the Church of England. Quite unusual venue as it meets in a Victorian building that used to be a railway station.

Attended this morning. Good worship with Bible based teaching from the Minister. Usual friendly welcome whenever we visit. Good to see such a diversity of ages. Well recommended if you live in the area and are looking for a Church family.

A great small church, with a large congregation. Great for all, especially young families. Good parking too.

We love coming to this church, it has a great family atmosphere and the teaching is straight from the bible!

When we moved to this part of Cheshire we attended a lot of churches trying to find one that had good bible ministry as well as being warm welcoming and friendly not just on a Sunday A real church familyChrist Church Greenbank really ticked the box for us in every way and after being at this church for 6 years I still feel the same Our minister Dimitri has a young family so is understanding of children and his ministry is based on the bible but he applies it to our needs in the 21st century The church is growing in numbers and love Come and join us !
