Highly Recommended!!!Fantastic experience at this family run garage.I went to view a Mercedes C220 which I really liked but was bit over my budget, however decided to go for it as it looked stunning, so I put down a deposit. Rob was brilliant in keeping me updated every step of the way, great guy!!!Week later I picked up the car and everything had been sorted following an AA inspection, very happy with the purchase. The only issue was that the tax had been advertised incorrectly but I do not believe that this was intentionally done at all so the 5 stars remain. Thank you GBI for the brilliant service and excellent car :)P.S. Had the Williams Ceramic Coating done, looking good so far.

The purchase of this car was quick and easy. After sorting out some initial inconsistency with communication, Rob was lovely to work with; helpful and good humored. We love the car and find it a great fit for our family and needs and are thrilled that Rob had it in his mental inventory after our initial visit when it wasn't on the lot. If the car was delivered with petrol, we would have given a 5 star review.

An excellent and reputable company to deal with. I was able to reserve a car for a £100 deposit. The sales team were knowledgeable, responsive and not pushy at all. The car was in superb condition with low mileage. Unfortunately I decided that the type of car I saw wasn't exactly what I needed and decided not to purchase. I was refunded my deposit immediately with no hassle. From start to finish Rob and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely return to purchase a vehicle again.

Having used GBI for a car a few years ago, when my wife's car gave in, (not the car from GBI!) we didn't hesitate in returning. Once again, the help and service was excellent and GBI had the car we needed at a very competitive price. My wife is thrilled with her new car, so we're very pleased!

Great car purchase service,We all get to the point where we need to get the ‘ new motor’ after scanning auto trader for weeks… we came a across a vehicle at GBI Cars…I always look at reviews and company history, so this place sat well for me.I called and happily spoke with Rob Benton, Rob was more than happy to see us the following day …We had a very smooth , stress free part exchange and purchase ..pressure-less I must add… each vehicle in GBI is looking pristine and ready to go..Buying a new vehicle … and finding the right seller is a task… but this place is full of friendly, professional approach..Need a new motor .. A really lovely, friendly and personal experience today at GBI cars. From the very first interaction to finalising the sale, Rob was excellent; Not the pushy experience you feel at some places. The car I viewed was in excellent condition, Rob talked me through everything about it and took me on a good test drive. I part exchanged a car and was given a fair price.
