Prestige Student Living Fraser Studios

I’ve had such an amazing experience living at Fraser Studios. The staff are extremely friendly and having a little chat with Phil when I’m heading out and about always makes my day. The rooms are perfect for a busy student and the study spaces are super convenient. I totally recommend this accommodation to any students who aren’t sure where they should stay.

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff, they would help me print the document for free. Thanks to their help, every day of my stay here is very happy and makes me feel at home. I highly recommend you to stay here!

Great location at a fair price! The facilities on offer within Fraser Studios, along with my room, offers a comfortable environment for living and studying.The room itself is quiet, spacious and has a nice view from the window. The rooms offer plenty storage.Phil went out of his way to help me with all my queries as I moved in, and is always so lovely when I see him. He always helps me when I need.

Great location, close to the university and town. Happy with my studio flat and the staff are so friendly! Philip is incredibly helpful and always deals with any concerns you have. Overall, very satisfied with the space, view and location Fraser Studios offers.

I have been here for about a year now and it has been amazing. Fraser Studios is conveniently located and is pretty much within walking distance to anywhere you want to go (close to the UOA and city centre). There is a bus stop right across the street which makes it easy to take the bus to uni, city centre or airport. George Street is very close and there are tons of places to eat there. Rooms are very clean & spacious, super friendly & caring staff. Robyn, Kimberley, Natalie and Fiona have all made my stay very pleasant and I feel like I am part of the lovely Fraser Studios team every day.

I am so happy to have found Frasers as my accommodation! Not only is the location ideal, but the spacious studios are amazing! My own ensuite bathroom and kitchen are just perfect for me and the communal areas allow for me to meet new people and make new friends! The staff is super friendly. Anything you need they are ready to help with or ready to answer any of your questions and concerns! I absolutely love it here and could not imagine living anywhere else while studying in Aberdeen!

I stayed in Frasers for about half a year, the location of Frasers is ideally located between the UofA and the city centre. The atmosphere was always vibrant and most of all social. No matter what issues you had, nothing was ever a problem to the reception staff always wanting to help and have a chat with you. The study areas in Frasers were quiet, relaxed and an easy working environment. not to mention the rooms are spacious and comfortable! GM

Excellent location, high quality studios in a good state of repair, and fantastic staff.

Absolutely new and nice studios! What I like in my studio:- A big window. The room is light, and I can enjoy the view of Aberdeen rooftops and watch the sunset.- No noise - wall soundproofing is effective.- The room is very warm. It is the beginning of November, but there is still no need to turn on a radiator.- Modern kitchen. There is everything I need for cooking. Especially I like a combined oven/microwave, which I use for baking.- The location is perfect: 15 minutes to the University of Aberdeen, to the Sports Village, to the supermarket and the city center. No need to take a bus.There are also lovely common areas on the ground floor and on the top floor.Special thanks to Adam, Assistant Property Manager, who is available to assist with any needs and is able to resolve any issue quickly and effectively, and is always friendly and polite.I highly recommend Fraser Studios, and have no hesitation in giving the 5 rate!
