Just purchased my BMW 1 series from LA Prestige. The process was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. I rang to arrange a viewing prior to travelling 2 hours to see the car. Upon arrival I was able to ask any questions I had and take the car out for a test drive on my own.I placed a deposit on the car and picked it up 3 days later. Adam even had the alloys redipped for me as part of the price paid.Having had a bad experience with a main dealer with my previous car, it was so refreshing to receive such great service. Great experience buying from LA Prestige. Adam whatsapped details videos of the car upon initial enquiry and quoted a fair price for my old car to PX once he'd seen photos of it. Not living locally I wanted to be sure it was the car I wanted at the right price. The car was presented beautifully and upon finding the auto start/stop not working Adam included in the paperwork that if it didn't start to work after a decent run (which it did) then LA Prestige would cover the cost of a replacement battery & have it fitted locally for me. I found dealing with LA Prestige to be a pleasant experience, Adam is genuine and clearly works hard to run an honest and reliable business. Would recommend.

Brilliant service all round, excellent car at a great price. Really pleased with the overall experience. Nice little folder supplied with all the paperwork including 6 months warranty and 12 months AA cover thrown in. AA certified and a trusted dealer. I'll be recommending to friends and family. The sale was hassle free and completed in a timely manner so I could drive away.
