Came in today for a coffee and was served by a lovely girl with the namebadge reading Rhea. Really friendly and great customer service, super bubbly and was a nice change.

It's a shame as it was clean and busy. The staff pleasant but the food is just not hot enough. Not sure if this is a Greggs thing as was at another Greggs elsewhere and same complaint.

Multiple times ive been in and rarely any southern fried chicken baguettes or steak bakes poor logistics. Food was cold too.

Sad to say I have edited star rating down to 2 star. This is due to the female member of staff who served us today ( 15th July about 4pm). She was very unfriendly and pushed our drinks abruptly at us, which was totally uncalled for. Not even a thankyou from her. Definitely NOT a credit to the company
