T & R Paving Ltd

I used T&R paving about two years ago to do my driveway. Even though they did a good job back then, my driveway went down in many places over time. T&R gave me a 10-year guarantee for their work. Therefore I informed them about the issue, and Mr Patrick and Mr Tom (owner and one of his sons) visited me, apologised for the inconvenience caused and assured me that they would address the issue. They turned up within a couple of days, lifted the blocks in the entire driveway, poured wet concrete, compacted, re-laid the whole drive, pressure washed and re-sealed it, and the driveway is now good as new. They have done the work under guarantee and haven’t charged me a single penny. I could not ask for more and highly recommend their service. I highly value their professionalism and customer care in the industry, amongst many other traders who will do a job for you and disappear forever no matter what problems you face with their work afterwards.

Very skilled, organised and efficient team. Turned up at 7.30am and worked hard all day - very impressed by how much was done over a 5 day period. Lovely workmanship, a good price and great communication so we were always informed about what was going on. We had a large area of patio relaid and 150 meters of resin path laid all around the garden. Ned and the team did an impressive job, managed by Patrick and Simon who provided good advice and recommendations re colour schemes and patio cleaning treatment and sealants which we took them up on. The end result looks amazing. A pleasure to do business with.

I would highly recommend T&R Paving. I am not one for posting reviews but we were so impressed by T&R Paving as they installed a driveway for us recently. We were worried about trying to find a good contractor and anxious if the work would be carried out to a high standard as we were putting our trust and money into the contractor. T&R Paving right from the start were absolutely brilliant, professional at all times, courteous, friendly and a great price. The drive was done in a good time frame and to a high standard. Patrick one of the Managers was very responsive to what we required and kept us updated on all aspects of the work. The bricklayers were friendly, worked hard everyday and very neat and tidy. T&R Paving Ltd 5 star service, would highly recommend, the service and finish was second to none, brilliant and over the moon with the end result ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We have lived in our house in Sutton for a very long time.We decided to have our very tired broken tarmac drive and broken fencing replaced with block paving, replacing all the fencing panels including posts and gravel boards.We decided to use T&R paving ltd because we have seen so much of their work/Driveways in the area over many years, also the reviews on their website also helped, and therefore felt we had to write a review.I called T&R paving and spoke to Patrick who came round to talk us through what we wanted, the whole process from start to finish and his information and knowledge was brilliant.Patrick advised us of a start date to suit us, and yesterday 5th October 7.30am they were here to start, I cannot believe how fast they worked, cleaning as they went along, everything was ordered,delivered and arrived like clockwork, the workmen were amazing, and Patrick ensured everything ran very smoothly, constantly checking and updating us in what the next process would be. Would definitely recommend.

The original work done well enough... although not trouble free but I gave them a good rating at the time as they finished the job. However, they have been completely unresponsive after the original job despite repeated calls and messages about defects (a big crack in the boundry wall they built) that appeared soon after, well within the warranty period. However, the warranty assurance is meaningless if they simply don't respond.

I felt that I needed to write a review about TR Pavings because I am so pleased with the job they completed for me. Everything that Simon recommended to me and my father he carried out with no problems, he is a good honest man and this is why I wanted to write this review on him and his company because the quality of his men’s work is 100% and they are very polite at all times.If you are like myself and have a design in your head, I would scrap it and let Simon do the design because it comes out better.It was pressure to give TR Paving the business and if I know anyone who needs a driveway or any other work done, I will strongly recommend them.

Had them for paving part of the driveway which started of well with Simon assuring it will be of best quality with a reasonable quote. After a delayed start, the work was rushed towards the end leaving a poor quality finish. Now the driveway has a puddle every time it rains and the quality of the finish looks sub-standard. The written guarantee given is of no use as even after several calls to come and fix the issues ended up with no response.

Extortionate pricing and very average quality work. I regret the day I shook hands with Simon Doherty the owner. Never again.

Booked in with Simon before Christmas, I had got several quotes from other businesses but Simon beat all quotes and also assured me of their reputable company and their standard of work the team deliver, his confidence is proven in the quality of the work I have had done. They booked in and were with us for a week, the team are polite, hard working men who are extremely professional and kept me involved throughout the process. The work they done was beyond any of my expectations going the extra mile to do the finishing touches, no request was a problem. Simon and Patrick checked in throughout the week to also check I was happy with the work being done. I would highly recommend them, such a lovely team that has transformed my garden and drive! I am so so happy with the results and have had several compliments of how good it looks since. 5 stars all round and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
