I contacted Clever Works to organise a build-over survey for our planned extension. I didn't really understand what we needed to provide to Thames Water but Mihai immediately put me at ease and explained the process clearly. When carrying out the survey, Mihai was very professional and talked me through everything so that I better understood. He also took the time to provide me with guidance and advice for the build. The report received after the survey was very detailed whilst being easy for me to understand. I can highly recommend Clever Works.

First class service and advice from Mihai. He was available with only a few days notice to complete a drainage survey ahead of a planned extension at my house. He took time to explain the process and his findings as he went and wrote up everything by the following day. Consequently, I was able to submit his findings to Thames Water promptly and received their approval for a Build-Over Agreement.I highly recommend this company. Mihai was both friendly and highly professional. Thank you!

Really impressed with this company, lovely to deal with. Managed to book a survey for the next day and after 4+ hours of solid work I received a very prompt and detailed report the same evening. The engineer who attended was so knowledgeable and talked me through everything. I would certainly use again and highly recommend this company.
